O-fish-ally Awesome Card for Joyful Stars Blog Hop

Welcome to the Joyful Stars April Blog Hop.  Thank you for joining us today.  We hope we can inspire you to get out your crafy products and be creative!  If you have come from Nancy's Blog, then you are on the right track.  I hope you are doing well and spending some quality time with your immediate family.
I have a card using the April Stamp of the Month - O-fish-ally Awesome.  Let me tell you, I think this set is really awesome!  The images are adorable!  Get this D-size Stamp of the Month set for only $5 with a $50.00 minimum qualifying purchase!

The "fish bowl" card was made using an oval shape on Cricut Design Space using Glacier Cardstock.  I used the journaling pen to write the sentiment "safe at home".  There are plenty of great sentiments in the set as well.  The seaweed was also cut on the Cricut.

Here is a peek at the inside.
I used the journaling pen again to make the "quarantined" banner.
Please stay safe and well by continuing to social distance.  It is really the only thing we can do to help all those nurses and doctors that are on the front line.
Have a blessed Easter!

March Joyful Stars Blog Hop

Welcome to the Joyful Stars March Blog Hop.  If you arrived from Joyce's Blog, then you are on the right track.  It is a circular hop so you can start anywhere.  You will know you are finished when you back to the first blog.

We have a brand new catalog as of March 1st!  Today, I have a card made using the Yesterday and Today Cardmaking Stamp Set and Thin Cuts.

For the background, I did random stamping on French Vanilla cardstock.  The flower was stamped second generation using Sapphire Ink.  The Fleur de Lis was stamped using second generation Fern Ink.  To fill in the background, I also used two stamps from Strokes of an Artist using both second generation Espresso and Fern.    The sentiment was stamped on French Vanilla that was cut with a shape from the Close to my Heart Artiste Cricut Cartridge.
You can see in this close up that  I also added some Gold Shimmer Brush on the background, flower and leaves.

Here is the inside - it is stamped with the new sentiment stap D1919 With Heartfelt Sympathy.

The floral bouquet is so delicate looking!  You could use it for many occasions - anniversary, birthday, thinking of you as well as comfort or sympathy.

Here is another card from the kit.

The third card uses some paper from the kit, Silver Foil Paper and the the retired stamp set C1812 Heart Patterns.  It would make a great anniversary or Valentine card.

Complete Creativity Christmas Card for Joyful Stars December Blog Hop

Welcome to the Joyful Stars December Blog Hop.  Thank you for joining us today.  If you have come from Krista's Blog, then you are on the right track. Today, I have a Christmas card and scrapbook page to share with you.  It uses X7251B, the new Cedar and Pine Paper Packet and Complete Creativity - the new exclusive Close To My Heart Cricut Cartridge. It is available though my Cricut affiliate link.  In fact, now ALL of the Close to my Heart Cricut cartridges are available as digital cartridges!

This page was pre-designed and ready to cut in the Complete Creativity Cartridge.  All I did was click "Make It."

Here is a close up of the layers.

To make the card, I started with the scrapbook page in design space and deleted all the images except the pionsettia.  Then I changed the size. Easy Peasy!   There are so many fabulous images and elements on this cartridge.  Here is a link to the Design Space File for the poinsettia.  You must purchase the cartridge to use this file.

The card also uses French Vanilla Cardstock, Kraft Paper, Goldenrod Stickles and S1912 Reindeer Crossing, the December Stamp of the Month.

I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas. Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.  Be sure to stop back on January 10 to see some brand new products!
Now it is off to Marie's Blog to see her creation this month.
