Welcome to the Joyful Stars March Blog Hop. If you arrived from Joyce's Blog, then you are on the right track. It is a circular hop so you can start anywhere. You will know you are finished when you back to the first blog.
We have a brand new catalog as of March 1st! Today, I have a card made using the Yesterday and Today Cardmaking Stamp Set and Thin Cuts.
For the background, I did random stamping on French Vanilla cardstock. The flower was stamped second generation using Sapphire Ink. The Fleur de Lis was stamped using second generation Fern Ink. To fill in the background, I also used two stamps from Strokes of an Artist using both second generation Espresso and Fern. The sentiment was stamped on French Vanilla that was cut with a shape from the Close to my Heart Artiste Cricut Cartridge.
You can see in this close up that I also added some Gold Shimmer Brush on the background, flower and leaves.

Here is the inside - it is stamped with the new sentiment stap D1919 With Heartfelt Sympathy.
Now it is time to hop on over to Krista's Blog to see her fabulous creation!
So pretty Betty!! Love, love what you did with this stamp set! :)
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteLovely sympathy card-inside and out! That gold shimmer brush is a perfect embellishment for the flower and leaf. Well done!
